Amazing location! The hotel is like 1 min walk from the McDonald’s!(if you go on a tour, your meeting point is most likely McDonald’s). I stayed at 5th floor and view was amazing. There is no elevator so be aware of stairs if you get a room upstairs. The staff will bring your bag to room and bring it down when u check out so no need to worry!. The staff were very helpful and room was clean. AND i had a room with amazing view! I enjoyed waking up every morning to watch the view of the island from my balcony.

Stayed for 2 days in the month of February 2024. Best prices, good clean rooms and bathrooms. Not ideal for handicapped or sick persons as there are no lifts. They also have first aid box at the lobby which came handy when I got my hand injured on the beach.. good family hotel. Will come again!!

This hotel was amazing for it's price. Perfect location, nice gym down the street, free breakfast and a really friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the balcony had an incredible view. Would recommend staying here 10/10

The hotel had a good view over the ocean/beach, Nice swimming pool and friendly staf. But thats it, hard beds, no good water in the bathroom. The wifi was terrible on your room! The beds at the swimming pool are hard, no pillows our something!!

This hotel is right in the heart of Phi Phi and super close to the pier which was very nice and convenient when it came to dragging luggage around. My stay was comfortable and everything was clean. My only complaint is that the beds were very hard. I sat down and was so surprised. If you’re out late partying, they’re comfortable… but if not, good luck 👍 otherwise, the hotel itself was nice and I liked the location.

My booking at another hotel got cancelled and I was left without a hotel when I arrived in Phi Phi. I went to Phi Phi hotel and they accomodated me in a second. Really nice rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is right at the center of everything. Very reasonable prices too, even when walking in without a reservation. Will definitely come back!
